Meet the Team
Ryan
President, Owner
Ryan’s deep knowledge of construction and design is rooted in his landscape design degree and hands-on field experience. Known for his natural design sense and his ability to bring talented people together, he builds strong, collaborative teams around every project, creating an environment where trades, consultants, and clients move in lock step. His focus on durability and function results in spaces that feel refined, and yet practical.
He rarely gives himself a day off but when he does you’ll find him smoking some meat for his family or on the golf course.
Kelsey
Operations Manager
Kelsey’s experience in the property restoration arena and bachelor of commerce degree bring structure, clarity, and disciplined oversight to the team. With a knack for finding efficiencies coupled with a strong foundation in financial, operations and client-focused leadership, she provides structured oversight and thoughtful coordination across projects, ensuring transparency and accountability to every project.
On her days off you might find her working her hobby farm or making craft cocktails,
Jeremy
Project Manager + Lead Carpenter
Jeremy keeps Stone Group projects running smoothly on site — managing schedules, coordinating trades, and jumping in hands-on wherever the day requires. He began working in residential construction at just 16 years old, building a strong foundation across all stages of home construction.
After mastering residential builds, Jeremy transitioned into commercial construction, where he enjoys bringing new design ideas to life and solving the real-world challenges that come with complex projects.
Outside of work, you’ll find Jeremy on the golf course or in the kitchen, enjoying time cooking with his wife.
