Clubhouse Revival
An elegant setting that feels both inviting + exclusive.
First opened in 1992, this golf course clubhouse had never undergone a major renovation — until now. What was once a tired, underutilized facility has been completely re-imagined into a vibrant social hub designed for gathering, dining, and making memories.
This was a full retrofit in every sense. The building was stripped back to its core and entirely redesigned, from the floors to the structural timber framing. Inside, the space was transformed into a true timber-frame interior layered with rich Art Deco influences, creating a warm, elevated atmosphere that feels both timeless and inviting.
The clubhouse now features a large event space accommodating up to 150 guests, alongside fine dining areas, an updated pro shop, and expanded outdoor living zones. Over 2,500 square feet of new composite decking extends the experience outdoors, while a black standing-seam metal roof gives the exterior a bold, modern presence.
Behind the scenes, the building was brought fully up to modern standards, including full ADA compliance. A brand-new commercial kitchen anchors the operation, complete with polyfloor finishes, a walk-in cooler, new keg systems, custom bar taps, and bespoke wine racking for curated vintages. Skylights and an elevator further enhance accessibility, comfort, and flow throughout the space.
From concept to completion, the entire transformation was delivered in just eight months — breathing new life into a legacy clubhouse and creating a place where members can gather, unwind, and celebrate for decades to come.
